Anilao has a reputation as an expensive dive destination — partly justified, partly not. The cost of a dive trip here spans a very wide range depending on accommodation choice, dive volume, and how much you eat and drink at the resort. Here is an honest breakdown for 2026.

Budget Traveller (₱2,500–3,500/night)

Several guesthouses in Anilao offer basic fan rooms with shared bathrooms at ₱800–1,200/night. Dive packages at budget dive operations run ₱1,200–1,800 per day for two guided dives with tank and weight. Total all-in daily cost for accommodation, two dives, and simple meals: approximately ₱2,500–3,500.

Mid-Range (₱4,500–7,000/night)

Air-conditioned ensuite rooms at established Anilao dive resorts typically run ₱2,000–3,500/night. Paired with a full dive package (3 dives/day, equipment, guide) at ₱2,500–3,200/day, plus meals at ₱800–1,500/day, the daily all-in figure sits at ₱5,300–8,200.

Casa Escondida (Premium Inclusive)

Our packages start at ₱7,500 per person per night for a standard double room including breakfast and three guided dives per day with all equipment. For guests bringing their own gear, the package rate is lower. The value calculation includes unlimited use of kayaks, snorkel equipment, and our freshwater camera station — items that add up quickly as individual costs at other resorts.

Total Trip Estimate: 3 Nights

Budget
₱12,000–18,000
Mid-range
₱20,000–30,000
Premium
₱28,000–38,000

Cost-saving tip: Travel mid-week (Monday to Thursday check-in) and avoid Philippine public holidays. Accommodation rates at most Anilao resorts drop 15–25% outside weekends, and dive boats are significantly less crowded.
